Founder, President and CEO of M&M Productions USA. Mike has been driving the vision of the company since 1988, overseeing every aspect of operations from major client relationships to production standards. His leadership has guided M&M Productions USA through major milestones including early HD streaming adoption, multiple Telly Award wins, and three-time Inc. 5000 national recognition.

Laura manages accounting, HR, and contracts for M&M Productions USA. With a background in theater management, she brings a unique perspective to the administrative operations of the company. She holds degrees from Northland College, Point Park University, and the University of Nebraska Omaha.

With nearly 20 years of marketing experience, Melissa leads sales and marketing efforts for M&M Productions USA. Formerly a senior public relations manager at LG Electronics, she brings a high-level corporate perspective to the company's brand and growth strategy. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Montana State University.

Gary brings extensive audiovisual industry experience in design and installation to his role as Director of Operations. A proud Navy veteran, he oversees event operations and equipment coordination, ensuring every production runs efficiently from setup to strike.

Joshua brings more than 20 years of operations leadership experience to his role as Assistant Operations Manager at M&M Productions USA. His background includes live event production, audiovisual logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management, where he has built efficient workflows and supported the successful execution of productions throughout the region.

Sidney provides executive support and event coordination as M&M Productions USA's Administrative Assistant. With a background in executive support, she keeps operations running smoothly. She holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Pellissippi State Community College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Paul is a Production Manager at M&M Productions USA, bringing his expertise in live event production to the team and helping deliver flawless experiences for clients across the country.

Kristy is a seasoned producer and script writer with credits that include shows for HGTV, DIY Network, and Food Network. A retired executive producer from Scripps Networks Interactive, she brings broadcast-level storytelling expertise to M&M Productions USA's video production work. She holds a BA from the University of Tennessee.

With nearly 20 years in audiovisual production, Bernard manages AV operations at the Chattanooga Convention Center. His background spans broadcast management and audio engineering, and he holds an Associate's degree from Full Sail University.

Kori joined M&M Productions USA in 2024 as Human Resources Coordinator, bringing previous HR and staffing experience along with prior production experience with M&M Productions USA. She holds a BA in organizational communication and an MA in strategic leadership from Middle Tennessee State University.

Jessica joined M&M Productions USA in 2024 as Assistant Production Manager at the Knoxville Convention Center. Her live event production background includes work at Bonnaroo, and she holds a BA in audio production from Middle Tennessee State University.

Preston brings nearly 5 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and cinematography to M&M Productions USA. He holds a BS in Digital Media with a concentration in Visual Effects from East Tennessee State University, and plays a key role in the company's creative and post-production output.

Luke joined M&M Productions USA in 2025, bringing over 10 years of industry experience to his role as Knoxville Region Account Executive. Formerly at Royal Productions in Nashville, he holds a BA in Business Administration from Columbus State University.

Ryan brings over 20 years of experience in event production to his role as Technical Director for the Knoxville Civic Auditorium & Coliseum. Previously, he coordinated more than 200 annual events at Illinois State University, developing deep expertise in large-scale venue production.

Adam is a Production Manager at M&M Productions USA, contributing his expertise in live event production to ensure every show is executed with precision and professionalism.

With almost 10 years in the audiovisual industry, Kelly oversees production operations, client meetings, and equipment management for M&M Productions USA's Chattanooga region. Her hands-on experience and client-first approach make her a key leader in the region.

Daniel joined M&M Productions USA in 2023 as Production Manager at the Knoxville Convention Center. With Technical Director experience at the Grand Majestic Theater and a BA in digital cinematography from Full Sail University, he brings strong technical and creative skills to every event.

Josh joined M&M Productions USA in 2024 as an AV Manager before transitioning to Account Executive in 2025. With 5 years of AV industry experience and a background as Media Director at South Cleveland Church of God, he brings a strong technical and client-facing skill set. He holds a BA from Lee University.

With over 20 years in AV installation and live events, Charlie manages M&M Productions USA's Chattanooga region operations. His career includes work as a technician for ESPN and ABC, and he was formerly the owner of HDXperts, bringing an entrepreneurial and broadcast-level perspective to every project.
