Each brand routinely needs to hold its own meetings separate from the main corporate event, which means M&M will produce multiple meetings and events at one time. For the corporate setting in 2012, M&M Productions USA created a dynamic stage backdrop that consisted of a 40-foot screen driven by rear projectors and a media server. This setup allowed the team to change the appearance to accommodate the HGTV, Food Network, DIY Network and Travel Channel brands.
M&M Productions USA used the latest audio and lighting technology to focus sound throughout the rooms and highlight the stage, presenters and audience as each group was involved. The upgraded video cameras, screens and projection equipment allowed attendees to view new material in high definition, as well as see the stage from wherever they were seated in the room.
