If you need a team that can work quickly, M&M Productions USA is the crew for you. In July 2009, the company was contracted by the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) two days prior to a presidential visit to Bristol, Va. The president was to speak in the produce section of a Kroger grocery store during a town hall meeting, and 500 people would be allowed in the building.
WHCA hired M&M Productions USA to provide stage, lighting, sound and video for the White House and local media, as well as those in attendance. M&M Productions USA also streamed the event online and provided live, high-definition video for the president, his staff and the Secret Service. Multiple audio and video feeds were provided to security teams, both locally and in Washington D.C., to ensure proper safety protocols were in place. M&M Productions USA also provided a power distribution network for White House needs, as well as local and national media.
Because M&M Productions USA exceeded expectations for this initial visit, the company has produced other presidential trips to Tennessee, including President Obama’s visit to Nashville’s McGavock High School in January 2014 and Taylor Stratton Elementary School in Madison in July 2015.
